Lisa Musselman

Hi! I am Lisa, President of Crawford-Henderson Insurance and more importantly, co-worker to one of the most dedicated team of insurance agents you will find. I began my career in the insurance business in 1998 as an accountant and began working with clients in 1999. I purchased the agency in January of 2016 and have had the best mentor and friend, John Henderson, to guide me and give advice and helpful criticism as needed. We have a great team, which makes my job easy. I enjoy working with clients to help them find the right coverages at the most affordable price. I do not consider myself a salesperson. I am more of a problem solver and here to help in any way I can.

I graduated from Charles B. Aycock High School in Pikeville, went to Wayne Community College and then on to UNC Wilmington and graduated with a BA in English in 1987.  I obtained a BA degree in accounting and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1999 from Mount Olive College.  In life, I do not believe you ever stop learning something new.  I obtained my CISR, CIC and CRM designations from the National Alliance and continue to take courses to gain more knowledge.

When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, reading and volunteering with various non-profits.  I am married, have two sons, a daughter-in-love and one beautiful granddaughter.
